1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and 455pub ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 455pub online casino and sports betting platform available at https://455pub.net and any associated mobile applications or services.

455pub reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 455pub may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 455pub platform, including placing wagers and processing financial transactions, you are required to complete the account registration process. By registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one account on 455pub. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Philippine contact details: You are required to register with a valid Philippine mobile number, which will be used for account verification, two-factor authentication, and critical account communications. Use of non-Philippine numbers or virtual numbers for verification is not permitted.

455pub reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal, where it has grounds to believe that the registration would be contrary to these Terms, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

455pub supports a range of Philippine-based payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating source, less any applicable processing fees.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal interface. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• 455pub targets withdrawal processing within three (3) minutes for GCash withdrawals submitted during normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary and are subject to each bank's own processing schedules.

• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Withdrawal of bonus-linked winnings before wagering requirements are fulfilled will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

8 Intellectual Property

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 455pub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or scheduled maintenance.
• Loss or corruption of account data arising from circumstances beyond 455pub's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 455pub's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension and Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment instruments, identity fraud, or collusion.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback, reversal, or dispute from your payment provider relating to any deposit made to your 455pub account.

12 Amendments to Terms

• Judicial Proceedings: Any dispute not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute through the processes described above.
